By accessing biolytics.co or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Services

Biolytics provides performance, recovery, and longevity coaching. All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise specified and do not constitute medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice.

Payment & cancellations

Sessions are paid in advance. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are refundable. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, follow protocols at your own discretion, and not redistribute proprietary materials.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biolytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
